Ms. Jennifer Miller, Assistant Director of Orchestras
Jennifer Miller earned her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education at George Mason University, January 2011. She is a dedicated violist, and currently performs with the American Festival Pops Orchestra, conducted by Tony Maiello, the Mormon Choir, and various chamber groups in the Northern Virginia area.
While attending George Mason, Ms. Miller was principal violist in both the Symphony and Chamber Orchestras. She also held the office of Vice President for two years in the collegiate ASTA chapter, developing and assisting in major projects such as repertory orchestras, instrument repair clinics, audition clinics, and chamber and jazz string masterclasses.
Ms. Miller is currently the Assistant Orchestra Director at Hayfield Secondary, teaching grades 7-9, and guitar.
